Description | Tower 42 Level 40B saw the installation of partitions, toilets, sinks, a complete tea point with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, ceilings, sockets and switches, flooring, decorations, lighting fixtures, acoustic panelling, and a brand-new reception desk area as well as the installation of ELV cabling, a smart lighting system, floor boxes throughout and ventilation alterations. |
Tower 42: Levels 16 & 36 Completion
J&C Architectural’s Fit-Out division have completed another two floors at the iconic Tower 42 building (ex Natwest Tower) in London.
Levels 16 & 36 are now complete and tenants are moving into the floors.
The floors were designed & renovated with new ceilings, smart lighting, glass office partitions and breakroom / kitchen spaces along with reception area, open desk areas and communal spaces. These renovations have brought a fresh, clean feel to both floors that is inviting to occupants.

IBM
J&C Architectural Ltd are excited to announce the award of another U-Channel glazing project with our Client OAG at the 76 Upper Ground project in London for IBM.
U-Channel glass will be installed in the internal atrium as a glass lift shaft enclosure on all five floors of the building using Lamberts Ultra Low Iron glass at the IBM Building.
The exciting design by Architects; Allford Hall Monaghan Morris will bring an open and bright new centre piece to the renovated IBM Building near Waterloo.
J&C Architectural Ltd continues to work with our glass manufacturer partner Lamberts GmbH to provide Linit glass, manufactured from start to finish in their state of the art factory in Germany and maintaining an 8-week lead time for fabricated U-Channel Glass from order to site.

RESERVED Westfield
J&C Architectural are proud to have completed our first of three projects with RESERVED in the Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre. The RESERVED store has a very modern design with the use of clean lines to showcase their modern fashions as one of the largest clothing manufacturers in Europe. The RESERVED Stratford store utilises Lamberts Linit u-channel toughened glass both in the shopping centre entrance façade and to create internal spaces within the store using u-channel glass on both straight and curved screens. The glass is backlit using LED’s to create the modern shopping experience that is prevalent in their stores.
J&C Architectural provided full design support & detailing from the Architect’s concept and delivered custom cut and toughened glass to site in less than 5 weeks from order.

Osier Way, London Completion
OSIER WAY, WALTHAM FOREST
J&C Architectural’s Linit U-Channel Glass works are now completed at the Osier Way Project for Bennett Construction (London) Limited.
With a mix of single and double glazed screens to two multi storey stair cores, over 11 & 13 floors; and triple glazed screens to two Link blocks, over 5 & 7 floors; utilizing a mix of Linit EcoGlass in roughcast finish both in 8 wire and toughened specification, with full sandblast & partial sandblast areas thereby creating ‘vision’ panels.
J&C Architectural continues to work with our glass manufacturer Lamberts GmbH to provide Linit glass, manufactured from start to finish in their factory based in Germany, and maintaining an 8-week lead time for fabricated U-Channel glass from order to site.

Old Deans Road
J&C Architectural were delighted to be involved in 21cc’s new office and workshop redevelopment at Deans Road, Bathgate.
Work comprised of the following :
- Demolish the existing workshop offices and clean all internal walls of all debris
- Rewiring to all parts of the building
- Installation of a new gas heating system in workshop
- Installation of a new accessible toilet
- Installation of 12 new Windows
- Installation of 12 Window shutters
- Installation of 3 Steel fire escape doors and Fire lobbies for safe escape routes
- Installation of Fire rated dividing wall to create 2 separate workshops
- Installation of 1 new roller shutter door and replacement of 1
- Installation of a removable mezzanine platform
- Replacement of all flooring in halls, kitchen, and offices
- Decorate all walls to a high finish standard
Work was challenging and complex, but the team involved completed the works to a high standard, the client was delighted with the standard and finishing to the building.

| Description | The recent renovations of the award winning University of Sheffield Geography building has seen the complete renovation and update of the buildings iconic façade. The hexagonal shaped interlocking structures worked perfectly with the bespoke Linit U-channel glass. The toughened safety glass replacing the old and out-dated cut annealed glass that had gone before. Adhering to modern building standards and using whole U-Channels and bespoke flashing details J&C’s talented design and installation teams have revitalise this statement building and helped it to stand the test of time. |

| Description | Gymshark’s flagship store opened in 2023 in London. J&C were contacted last minute and asked to hep conceive an internal light screen using the Linit U-Profile glass. In just 7 weeks from first contact J&C manged to design, supply and install this bespoke screen just in time for store opening. The results speak for themselves! |
