Office Fitout Project Update: Tower 42 Level 12 Leaves A & B

J&C Architectural can proudly confirm that we are nearing completion of another floor of our internal office fitout works at the Tower 42 building (ex-Natwest Tower) in London. We are completing Level 12, Leaves A & B’s office fitout, with only final touches to the Managing Director’s Office glazing and snagging remaining in Leaf B. The Tenant is now occupying Leaf A, and we are installing FF&E in preparation for the final handover of Level 12 later this week.

J&C Architectural provides design and installation services for Office and Retail fitout works to different specifications to meet the clients needs, whether that be basic finishes or high level material grades.

We offer services such as downtaking old installations (ceilings, partitions, flooring, making safe electrics, fire alarm & sprinklers), installation of new partitions, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, HVAC, Fire Alarm and if required furnishings. We provide fit out for communal areas such as hallways, lift lobbies, communal bathrooms, etc.

J&C Architectural continue to work with our glass manufacturer Lamberts GmbH to provide Linit glass, manufactured from start to finish in their factory based in Germany, whilst maintaining an 8-week lead time for Fabricated & Toughened U-Profiled glass from order to site.

Level 20, Tower 42, London Completion

J&C Architectural are proud to confirm we have completed and handed over another floor of our internal office fitout works at the Tower 42 building (ex-Natwest Tower) in London.

Level 20 has been completed on programme, under budget and the new tenant is in the process of moving in.

Level 20 Tower 42, London Update

Continuing our internal office fitout works at Level 20 Tower 42 building (formerly known as the Natwest Tower) in London, we are now nearing the finish line for the completion of this floor tailored for a new tenant in the building.

The work on this level followed a bespoke design, aligning with the tenant’s specific requirements. This included the installation of new ceilings, glass office partitions, high-quality flooring, and custom cabinetry.

The final touches are now in progress for the tenant occupation at the end of the month. Another successful project delivery on-time and under budget for our client. Level 20 Tower 42 is shaping up to be sharp modern office that fulfils our client’s needs.
